WE deliver and install our houses. Depending on the number of units that are on the trailer and where they will be delivered determines your freight rate.

We are located in the small town of Bell City Missouri near Cape Girardeau Missouri and as everyone knows you can not run vehicles for nothing. In the above picture you can see we haul 3, 8 x 15 units on our trucks and on the inside of each 8 x 15 we can also place 3, 8 x 7 units giving us a total of 6 units.
