WE deliver and install our houses the first 150 miles at no charge. After 150 miles additional charges will apply. Depending on the number of units that are on the trailer and where they will be delivered determines your freight rate.

We are located in the small town of Bell City Missouri near Cape Girardeau Missouri and as everyone knows you can not run vehicles for nothing. In the above picture you can see we haul 3, 8 x 15 units on our trucks and on the inside of each 8 x 15 we can also place 3, 8 x 7 units giving us a total of 6 units.

EXAMPLE -

1000 MILES to last drop with 3 houses

First drop 150 miles no charge
Second drop 250 less 150 miles = 100 mile charge @ $1.40 = $140.00
Third drop 1000 miles less 250 miles = 750 mile charge @ $1.40 = $1,050.00
